• You only have to order on line, to pay by cheque, and to indicate on your order from «at the shop ». You will pay the products at the shop without the postage.

I made a mistake when choosing the means of payment !

• If you chose to pay by bank transfer instead of credit card and your order is validated, order again and pay it by credit card, we will cancel the one by bank transfer.

• If you chose to pay by bank transfer instead of cheque, you just have to send us the payment by cheque with your order number on its back.

How can we do a bank transfer and does it cost anything ?

• You just have to log in on your on line account and in the area dedicated to bank transfers, to enter your bank details, write your name and the number of your order, and to validate.

• Generally this service is completely free, if you do it on line by yourself (or with your consultant), it is entirely safe. No card number is required.

• you just have to copy the Colissimo number that we have sent you, to click on the link (Colissimo monitoring), down and left of the page. Write it and click on OK. Contact us if there is any problem.
